Betsy Helmer is a New York based performer, originally from Atlanta. She currently improvises on Harold Night at the Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre , and with the UCB Touring Company. She has an extensive theater background (Kennedy Center, Pioneer Theatre Company, New Stage Theatre, ASF) and she has a range of on-camera credits including; The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel, FBI: Most Wanted, and The Enemy Within.
She teaches yoga at Modo Yoga NYC and the Kula Yoga Project. She graduated from Georgetown University with a degree in Psychology and Performance Studies.
